Inaugurada el 2005, aquesta biblioteca compta amb 4000 metres construïts i 1800 metres entre els patis i altres espais oberts. Els arquitectes van aprofitar el desnivell del terreny per integrar l'edifici, semienterrat, en el conjunt del parc aconseguint, alhora, l'accés de llum natural a tot l'espai. Destaca, també, l'ús del color en els panells externs posteriors.
